Order and Payments

Delivery and Installation

Delivery timeless are estimated and may very due to unforeseen factors (logistics, weather, or material availability). Any delays will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Site conditions must be ready for installation. Delays due to client site readiness may attract additional charges.

Warranty & Repairs

Our products come with a warranty as specified at the time of purchase (usually [Insert warranty period], subject to terms). Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, water leakage, fire, pest infestation, or unauthorized modifications. Service and repair requests outside warranty coverage may be chargeable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom-made modular furniture is non-refundable once production has begun. Refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 Business day after cancellation approval.

Customer Responsibilites

Ensure accuracy in specifications and measurements shared with us. Maintain the product as per care instructions provided during handover. Refrain from using the product in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on our website or in our catalogs remain the property of Recnor Modular Kitchen and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without writtern permission.

Limitation of liability

Recnor Modular kitchen is not liable for: Indirect or consequential losse. Damages arising from improper use or unauthorized repairs.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vaishali Ghaziabad UP India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Vaishali Ghaziabad
